cardio-walked two miles a day.

agility-Wii fit once a day.

assignment-Due by March 6th
Students will find reliable Health sources on the internet, and then select a topic to report on such as
depression, smoking,components of fitness, and so on. They will then list five sources that they could
go to on one of those topics for current health information.

Students will pick a sport and write a one page typed report on that sport. The students have been
given outlines to use that include , Back ground information. who invented the sport, when was it
invented. Is the sport played world wide. Is it an Olympic sport. What are the rules. Does the sport
address all the components of fitness. How does the sport affect us socially, mentally and emotionally
and physically.
